We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet our clinical eligibility criteria. Eligibility is determined solely by our pharmacist following review of your consultation.
All prescription medications are issued only after a clinical assessment by our pharmacist. Submitting a consultation form does not guarantee the issuance of a prescription.
Prescriptions are issued in accordance with current UK clinical guidelines and at the professional discretion of our pharmacist. You must disclose all current medications, medical conditions, and allergies. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended and could constitute a criminal offence.
Prescriptions cannot be transferred to third parties and are valid only for the treatment agreed during your consultation.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely via an encrypted payment gateway.
Prices displayed include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price shown at the time of purchase.
If a payment is declined or found to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel your order and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a tracked postal or courier service.
We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is correct. We cannot re-dispatch orders lost due to an incorrect address without additional charge.
All medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and the order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for prescription medications, in accordance with UK pharmacy law and patient safety regulations.
If your order is declined by our pharmacist, a full refund will be issued within 5 working days.
Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the consultation has been reviewed.
